RETURN & EXCHANGE

Ktlystph Clothing is fully committed to our customer's satisfaction. If there are issues with your recent purchase, please contact us.

Below are the things to consider:

• Damaged items due to broken zipper, hook, etc. upon receipt are eligible for return & exchange.
• Wrong items delivered are accepted for returns (i.e. wrong size, color, quantity, etc.)
• Items must be in their original condition. No alteration.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags and labels still intact.
• Provide pictures of the item here. Return process won't proceed without proof.
• Return the item within 7 days upon delivered date.
• If the mistake was made on our end (i.e. wrong size, damaged upon receipt, etc.), we will be the one to shoulder the return and shipping fee;
• But if it was the customer's mistake, the return fee and shipping fee of the item to be exchanged will be paid by the customer.
• Item for exchange will be sent once we received the returned item.
• Items included in "Discounted Items" portion, having 50% discount and above, is not included in return/exchange policy (Be sure to checkout right sizes, designs and colors of your item)
